Aloha Center, Badge and ID

This site serves Tripler Army Medical Center, Medical Readiness Command Pacific, Defense Health Agency Region Indo-Pacific staff, and all newborn enrollments.  All others will be serviced by appointment only.

The point of contact for DEERS support is the DMDC Support Office (DSO) Beneficiary Line (1-800-538-9552). Call the DEERS Hotline prior to appointment arrival in order to verify/update personal information and to avoid unnecessary trips to the ID Office. Clients are also able to check if new profiles have populated for civilian/contractor CACs.

Hours of Operations (DEERS/RAPIDS)

Monday - Tuesday: 6:00 a.m. – 2:15 p.m. in/out processing, newborn registration only
Wednesday & Thursday: 6:00 a.m. – 2:15 p.m. Tripler staff
Friday: 6:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. appointments only. Tripler staff. Lunch: this office does not close for lunch. Pin resets are available at any time every day. 
Saturday and Sunday: Closed
Federal Holidays: Closed
