The point of contact for DEERS support is the DMDC Support Office (DSO) Beneficiary Line (1-800-538-9552). Call the DEERS Hotline prior to appointment arrival in order to verify/update personal information and to avoid unnecessary trips to the ID Office. Clients are also able to check if new profiles have populated for civilian/contractor CACs.

Monday-Tuesday: 6 a.m. to 11 a.m. in/out processing
12 p.m. to 2 p.m. CAC renewals & Newborn renewals
Wednesday & Thursday: 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. CAC renewals / Out-processing
12 p.m. to 2 p.m. Newborn Registration
Friday: 6 a.m. to 12 p.m. CAC renewals/out-processing & Newborn Enrollments.
Saturday and Sunday: Closed
