Warrior Ohana Medical Home Lab & Immunization operating hours
Monday-Friday 8:15 a.m. to noon, and 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Only patients who are empaneled may use the Warrior Ohana laboratory. Non-empaneled patients may use lab services at other MTF laboratories. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Warrior Ohana Medial Home System Important Notice: AC System Upgrades (August 28 – Mid-October 2026)
Our clinic is undergoing essential AC upgrades. We remain open, but please be aware of these temporary changes:
• Parking (from Aug 28): Handicap stalls are temporarily relocated. We recommend parking across the street and arriving 10–15 minutes early.
• Restrooms (Aug 31 – Mid-Sept): The main lobby’s women’s restroom will be closed. Please use alternative restrooms (ask front desk or use courtyard facilities).
• Virtual Appointments (October): Some appointments may be moved to Virtual Health due to construction noise. We will contact affected patients directly.
