Restricted mission service

Services are strictly limited to Soldiers currently assigned with duties at Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC).

Services provided

We provide administrative and civil law, contract and fiscal law, and military justice services to Tripler Army Medical Center command.

Services not provided

I. General Powers of Attorney, Wills, Advanced Medical Directives, Family Law, Estate Planning, Real Property, Consumer Transactions, Civilian Administrative, and Military Administrative.  These services require consultation with a legal assistance attorney at one of the locations below.

Limited Powers of Attorney and Notarization

I.  We do not provide General Powers of Attorney.

II. DO NOT sign or make any changes to any document that you desire to have notarized UNTIL you are in the presence of the Notary Public. A Notary cannot notarize a blank document.

III. Documents cannot be notarized unless the individual whose signature to be notarized appears in person with military ID.

IV. If you need a certified copy of a public record (court record, birth certificate, marriage license, car title, etc.), you should contact the official custodian of the record you are seeking such as the DMV, courthouse, or state vital records agency.

V: We provide Special Powers of Attorney for Financial Transactions, Household Goods Transactions, Real Property Transactions, Motor Vehicles, and Child Care.
