Fort Shafter Flats Testing & Collection Site

FT. Shafter Flats COVID-19 Testing site CLOSED Friday, 18 November. 

Beneficiaries enrolled in a primary care clinic on island who require COVID-19 testing will go to their primary care clinic for testing and to receive home test kits. DoD Beneficiaries who are not enrolled in a primary care clinic on island will go to the Tripler Army Medical Center Emergency Department or the Desmond Doss Urgent Care Center for both COVID testing and home test kits. 

Receiving Results

You can review your results within 24 hours at www.TRICAREOnline.com under Health Record, Laboratory Results. If your results are positive you will be called by a member of our care team within 1-2 days. It is imperative that if positive you isolate and follow instructions from our care team.
