How to make an appointment:

FAQ's:

Q: Does the Internal Medicine Clinic have Sick Call?
A: Only for active-duty Soldiers empaneled to the IMC.

Q: Does the Internal Medicine Clinic have walk in services?
A: Yes, for active-duty Soldiers requiring an annual vision screening. 

Q: Do I need to make an appointment to receive a vaccine or new medication?
A: Yes.  Call CAS to book an appointment. To receive the influenza vaccine, special slots are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. during flu season. 
 
Q: Can I walk in for a PHA or PDHA?
A:.No.  Each physical requires the Soldier to complete Phase I online prior to scheduling Part II.  Notify the  IMC staff when Part I is complete by sending a message via CAS or MHS Patient Portal.  A records review will be conducted to ensure all components of Part I are complete.  The IMC will reach out to you to schedule Part II of your physical.

Retirement and Voluntary Separation

If you have greater than 90 days to your retirement or separation date from military service and are filing a VA claim, complete your separation exam with the VA.  You may seek assistance with a Veteran Service Officer for direct filing of claims at VSO Search – VA/DoD eBenefits.  For FAQs: Pre-Discharge Claim │ Veterans Affairs (va.gov))

IF you have less than 90 days to your retirement or separation date from military service, or you are not filing a VA claim, then schedule your Separation Health Physical Exam with the Internal Medicine Clinic.
