FLU Vaccination

Flu season is upon us. We are concerned about your health and encourage everyone to get vaccinated annually against influenza. It’s critical that everyone who is able receives a flu vaccine. It’s essential that active duty service members, active duty family members and other beneficiaries are well-protected from influenza. Walk-in hours for routine immunizations

Effective 16 Feb 2021, routine immunizations can be accessed on a walk-in basis during the following hours: 
Tuesday:         1:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. 
Wednesday:    8:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. 
Friday:             8:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. 

Walk-in hours for routine immunizations change effective 1 April 2022

Effective 1 April 2022, routine immunizations can be accessed on a walk-in basis during the following hours:
Monday and Tuesday:           2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. 
Wednesday and Friday:         9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. 

Allergy Shots

Effective 1 April 2022, Allergy shots can be accessed during the following hours:
Monday and Tuesday:           7:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. 
Wednesday and Friday:        12:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. 
Thursday                               10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. 

Travel Clinic

Effective 1 April 2022, the travel Clinic shots can be accessed during the following hours:
Tuesday:                    1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. 
Wednesday:               9:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. 
Friday:                        9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. 

How do I get a flu vaccine?

Beneficiary's who not immunized will receive the vaccine with their PCM appointments. Please contact your PCM and schedule an appointment to get your flu vaccine.


Q: If I get a flu vaccine elsewhere what do I need to do?
A: When you get a flu vaccine from anywhere besides Tripler, follow your Service policy guidance for recording the vaccine in your shot record. You'll need the following information:

  • The date the vaccine was given
  • The vaccine name or code
  • Manufacturer
  • Lot number
Q: If I am unable to get the flu vaccine at Tripler, where else can I go?
A: You can visit any participating network pharmacy or TRICARE authorized (civilian) provider. Visit to learn more.
