Customer Relations/Patient Advocate

Tripler Army Medical Center is proudly accredited by the Joint Commission, and works to constantly improve patient safety and quality of care. We encourage patients and all staff, including medical staff and physicians, with recommendations, concerns or complaints to contact the Customer Relations Office in room 4G818 or at (808) 433-6336 Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. 

Interactive Customer Evaluation (ICE)
Do you know about the Interactive Customer Evaluation, or ICE? ICE is a web-based tool that collects feedback on services provided by various organizations throughout the Department of Defense . The ICE system allows customers to submit online comment cards to provide feedback to the service providers they have encountered at military installations and related facilities around the world. It is designed to improve customer service by allowing managers to monitor the satisfaction levels of services provided through reports and customer comments.

We accept customer satisfaction feedback through our FOCUS "For Our Customer's Ultimate Satisfaction" Cards (located throughout the hospital) and through our Interactive Customer Evaluation (ICE) site located on the Internet at If you have any questions, you may contact our Customer Relations office.
