Hibiscus Award

The TAMC Hibiscus Award recognizes a TAMC staff member who has demonstrated one of the five pillars of exemplary care: Service, Satisfaction, Quality, Access, Safety. Nominations can be submitted by patients, family members, or fellow staff members. One civilian and one military staff member will be selected each quarter by a voting panel based on nominations received during that period. Award winners receive an award certificate, the coveted TAMC Hibiscus pin, the Hibiscus Hero banner to proudly display for the quarter in their unit area, and their picture displayed on the Hibiscus Hero Wall of Fame.
