LTC Catherine (CeCe) Carlson, Soldier Recovery Unit – Hawaii
Lieutenant Colonel Catherine (CeCe) Carlson is a native of Burke, Virginia. LTC Carlson commissioned in May 2002 from ROTC as an Engineer Officer.
Her professional military education includes the Engineer Basic Course and Combined Logistics Captains Career Courses, the U.S. Marine Corps Command and Staff College and the Pre-Command Course. Her civilian education includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Sciences from the University of Virginia, at Charlottesville, Virginia, a Master of Science degree in Environmental Management from the University of Maryland University College, Adelphi, MD, and a Master of Military Studies degree from the Marine Corps University, Quantico, VA.
