Outpatient Phlebotomy Lab

Centrally located on the 4th floor G-wing near mountainside entrance, 4G714A. Glucose tolerance testing requires advance scheduling. Please use the appointment system to schedule your appointment. For questions regarding the Outpatient Laboratory, please phone 808-433-6664.

Core Laboratory

Located on the 2^nd floor oceanside Rm 2G100
This is the location for semen analysis drop-off.

Semen analysis and post-vasectomy is by appointment only between the hours of 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. and on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Walk-ins will not be accepted. Please use the appointment system to schedule your appointment. Specimen containers can be picked up at Outpatient Laboratory or Core Laboratory. For questions regarding semen analysis and post-vasectomy please call 808-433-6162 or 808-433-2290.
