This is the location for semen analysis drop-off while Outpatient Labs is the location for pick-up.
Semen analysis is by appointment only between the hours of 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. and on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Walk-ins will not be accepted.
Glucose tolerance testing and semen analysis testing requires advance scheduling by clicking on the “schedule an appointment” link to the left or scanning the QR Code Below. For questions regarding the Outpatient Laboratory, please phone 808-433-6664.
