Readiness Clinic
The Readiness Clinic located on 5B1 provides primary care services to empaneled patients and medical readiness services to active duty service members receiving primary care in the south side of Oahu (AO South).
Sick call hours for Army service members in AO South, will be Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. – 7:30 a.m., held temporarily in the Tripler Emergency Room until further notice. Check in at the lobby at the “Sick call” station before 7:00 a.m.
STD screening walk in services (5B1) are available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. Contraception services and pregnancy testing are available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. However, long term contraception services (i.e. IUD, Nexplanon) are only offered on Thursday from 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
Walk in services (5B1) are available on Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. and from 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. except Wednesday afternoons which is closed. Walk in services include: in/out processing, immunizations, vision screening, medical readiness and MEPROS updates, deployment screening, and part 1 physicals (as below).
Physical exams are provided to service members in AO South. Service members may walk in for part 1 physical exams at the above walk-in times. Some of the Physicals Exams are listed below:
RETIREMENT / VOLUNTARY SEPARATION
IF you have greater than 90 days to your retirement or separation date from military service and are filing a VA claim, complete your separation exam with the VA. IF you have less than 90 days to your retirement or separation date from military service, or you are not filing a VA claim, then schedule your Separation Health Physical Exam with the Readiness Clinic (Active Duty/Reservists/Guard)
