Full Service Family Medicine/Primary Care Clinic with lab, pharmacy, immunizations, and integrated behavioral health.

Warrior Ohana Medical Home Lab & Immunization operating hours 

Monday - Friday 8:15 a.m. -  noon, and 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Only patients who are empaneled may use the Warrior Ohana laboratory. Non-empaneled patients may use lab services at other MTF laboratories. We apologize for any inconvenience.
