Tripler Army Medical Center — Fourty-two Soldiers from Tripler Army Medical Center, Desmond T. Doss Health Clinic, Madigan Army Medical Center, Public Health Command Pacific, Dental Health Command Pacific, U.S. Army MEDDAC Alaska, U.S. Army MEDDAC Japan, and Brian D. Aligood Army Community Hospital Korea competed in the Best Leader Competition Apr. 1-4 at TAMC, Schofield Barracks, Wheeler Army Air Field, and Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam.

Tripler Army Medical Center — Competitors from Tripler Army Medical Center and the Desmond T. Doss Health Clinic competed in the Best Leader Competition Feb. 5 -9 at TAMC and Schofield Barracks. During the four-day event, competitors tackled the Army Combat Fitness Test, Ruck March, Combat Water Survival Training, Land Navigation, Stress Shoot, Warrior Task & Battle Drills, Medical Lane, written test, and a mystery event, which consisted of the Physical Fitness Assessment.

Tripler Blood Donor Center works with Local Units to Help Military Readiness

Tripler Army Medical Center — The Tripler Blood Donor Center is essential to Tripler’s Army Medical Center ability to function as a trauma center. It is important to have blood on hand and in supply for patients undergoing surgeries, cancer treatments, blood disorder treatments, and other traumas. January is National Blood Donor Month. The monthly observance celebrates voluntary blood donors, spreads awareness, and encourages people to donate blood during critical times.
